Cairnsvilla & Leisure Park

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids at Christmas and before I booked I rang around to find a park that would be good for the kids, they had said that their park was ideal for the kids as there was so much for them to keep them entertained e.g. big playground for the kids to play on and a slide going into the pool and a wading pool for the little one. Well, when we got there our villa wasnt even cleaned, the place was a mess and we had to wait till they found us another one. When they finally did we decided to go for a swim, as it was 35deg heat, we got to the pool and there was no slide for the kids as they told me on the phone and the playground was an old wooden lookout that was falling to pieces so I wouldnt let the kids on it. We got in the pool and the temperature of the water was just as hot as it was out of the water and no shade over the pool what so ever. Now for worst part, the pool was badly damaged so that there were big holes. The uneven surface was so rough that my kids werent the only ones that got hurt. You save up all year to be able to take your kids away on a nice holiday only be disappointed. When I went to the office to tell them about the pool being in a poor state all that the girl said was well I cant do anything about that, I just work here. Well I can guarantee I wont be going back there again and I will be telling all my other friends to give this one a miss thats for sure.
