Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpleasant and unhelpful

Don't bother going. Pick another place.
Place is old with wear and tear which is not a big deal as long as you're prepared.
However, we were unprepared for the unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional demeanor of the person at the office who could not seem to help herself from being unpleasant every time any of us had anything to do with her. Spent the time trying to avoid her.
Nickle and dimed. No laundry in unit but they charge $15/wk or $3.50 per load. All other timeshares we've been to have laundry in unit. They could have provided free access to laundry considering it was below par to not have the convenience of laundry in each unit. Snooker table and air hockey all cost money in rec room. Recreation room lights turn off at 9pm which is too early.

We used our three timeshares to exchange for 3 units here for holiday with friends and do not feel we got equal value. In over 10 yrs of exchanging, with over 50 timshare stays, this has been the worst service.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. (Date of experience: Jul, 2010 )
