We stayed here for a week. It was the most stressful stay I have ever had. We were served raw chicken in the restaurant. I will never stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion this is a 3 star place.

    We pride ourselves on our customer service and as such this situation was addressed by senior management, with a follow up call from our Restaurant Manager, and an apology and written invitation to return back to the restaurant with our compliments to show we are a quality product. This situation was an isolated incident.
