In need of Refurbishment

Apartments are centrally located to all theme parks and Surfers in a quieter area. The 3Bdr apartment we stayed in needed refurbishment and the Air conditioner in the main living area did not function and repeated calls to reception failed to get a proper technician to repair the unit. The Kettle, iron and phone all failed during our stay. (Date of experience: Dec, 2009 )

Thank you for your feedback. Crystal Bay is currently undergoing a refurbishment program in all the apartments. Assistance from offsite technicians and availability of maintenance contractors to attend is outside our control especially during peak periods like Christmas. We do however endeavour to attend to any maintenance issue as a priority.

Getting There*From the south, take the Gold Coast Highway (past Australia Fair) then turn right into Marine Parade off Frank Street, Southport. *From the north, take Exit 62 (Helensvale South) onto Old Brisbane Road turning right at the water and then next left into Marine Parade off Frank Street. *Brisbane Airport is 55mins north, or Coolangatta Airport is 40mins south.
