Arrived home 2 hours ago after a really relaxing five nights at the Black Spur Caravan Park. Not the newest or biggest cabins but very CLEAN and everything one needs. Very quiet, lovely bush setting, good location. I've heard that the owners are fairly new and are working to bring everything up to scratch. Very affordable!! Well behaved pets welcomed. New play equipment for children. If you want a 5 star park with sterile surroundings and everything that opes and shuts - then this isn't for you. If you want an affordable 3 star bush retreat, I'd thoroughly recommend it. (Also the general store and restaurant next door. Lovely people at both sites.) Working on renovating a train carriage accommodation. Should be a treat for kids when complete. (Date of experience: Dec, 2010 )
