Bay Beach Motel

me and my friends stayed at this motel, i found the recepionist/Manager very rude i have never been spoken to like that in my life. she is clearly not happy with her own life and should find an industry to work in where she dose not have to deal with customer... i have only just read other reviews and im not the only one that thinks she is a rude old hag!....

there where 3 of us staying which the motel only provided us with 2 towels... we had visitors that lived very local that the rude hag accused them of staying the night and charged to my credit card , which i will be taking legal action to this.

i would not be recommending this hotel! (Date of experience: Oct, 2011 )
