Uninspiring Accommodation

We had a great time in beautiful Bendigo - it is a truly great place, but this motel is pricey and uninspiring. The rooms are dark, with no ability of fully open curtains, and the executive suite in which we stayed is overdue for refurbishment. The cupboard doors were wonky, there was a toaster but no plates or knives and forks - in fact the only white ware provided was cups, saucers and teaspoons. There was also a continual noise from a pump or similar 24/7. It is not close to the main attractions. The staff were friendly but not enough to compensate for the depressing and tired attitude of the building.
