We stayed here on our way back from doing Cape York mid August 2010.
At $10 each we stayed a while
The new owners Sally and Pete had only just taken over and had big plans for the lodge and campground.
Renamed Daintree River Lodge and Campground we stayed in both campgrounds and the lodge, which was great when the untimely rain got too much for us in our tent.
There’s a restaurants right across the road and great souvenir shop, and a few galleries.
Right below the cabins there is a boat ramp and jetty were you can fish.
We went on a river cruse (which leaves from the jetty) and a croc tour and saw 3 crocs (Date of experience: Aug, 2010 )
