Country Style Accommodation Park

We bought the Park in 2008. For 6 months of the year we convert some cabins to dormitories for use by backpackers Family size fridges were installed in all rooms early 2009. We offer one of the cheapest places to stay, but a condition is that the occupants clean their own rooms. Before we accept a booking we advise the person the expected time we think he/she will be waiting for work. But as it is farm work in this area, work is regulated by the weather, bad weather is beyond our control but this can result in workers being stood down or not being employed as expected.
