Hoochery Distillery

The Hoochery produces... hooch. This is a small operational distillery taking advantage of the sugar cane grown in the area. I can certainly recommend a short side trip out of town to sample their products. (Responsibly please). They produce a variety of small batch distilled rums and liqueurs of an excellent standard. My personal favourite Ord River Premium Dark rum. Oh and a word of warning, their Rum Cake has a well deserved reputation locally as being highly addictive as well as being tasty.
