I agree with everything Frank said except that they were ripped off- given my time again I would have charged more. A breif list of what they damaged in 2 days on our car: - Bent chassis - Bent front and rear differential housings - 2x buckled rims - 2 rear shock absorbers ripped out of chassis - Smashed transfer case - 2 broken engine mounts - Drivers seat broken - Bent panhard rod - Bent rear tailshaft - 2 broken to body to chassis mounts It is true in 18 years I have never seen a car so badly mechanically damaged without being smashed and the drivers and passengers injured and yes I did yell at them when they continued to tell me they didn't believe they had done anything wrong and had followed our written and video instructions to the letter . It is hirers like these two that have made 4wdriving so regulated on Fraser Island and removed privilages that all other responsible hirers once deserved and if they think I ruined their holiday and sent them home early then so be it, they didn't get a further chance to damage or injur anyone else.
