We booked here after being impressed by pics and descriptions given by the proprietors on their website, only to arrive at a dirty, unkempt room and facilities. The owner was okay about us wanting our money back but was reluctant to walk round with us so we could show her what was wrong.

    Client feedback was accepted on face value and recorded in written form. In an effort to ensure client satisfaction a full refund was organised immediately. The room was inspected by management and remedial work expedited the same day in relation to the feedback received.
