Stayed in the creek lodges for 2 nights, lodge was right next the cedar creek and the sound of the water was wonderful. But the lodge was so old and out dated the furniture was in need of an upgrade the beds were so uncomfortable.
The room was serviced the next morning and the beds were not made and the only thing that was cleaned in the lodge was the toilet paper that got turned into a little triangle. bit disappointed. Little shampoo bottles were all half full when we went to use the spa bath so was a bit gross.
Went to go for a swim with my 2 young kids and there was animal poo all around the edge, so would not let them anywhere near it
We felt there was a security issue there as we checked in at 7:30 pm had trouble finding our Number 5 and accidentally opened lodge 4 it was so dark down the road. the staff we told did not seem at all concerned.
The inside of the restaurant has been renovated and looks great, menu was not to bad and catered for our 2 children really well.
Seemed to not be any communication between staff and at times over the 2 nights most staff seemed preoccupied and not very helpful.
At $300 a night was so disappointed and would not recommend in a hurry (Date of experience: Oct, 2010 )
