Discount Car and Truck Rentals

After returning our car on time, we received a phone call to say that our account had accidently been debited and that they were going to redebit our account. Thing is they debited it again! After phoning and trying to sort it out we were told that we had actually rented the car for another period of time (umm .. NO) and the debit was for that. We were bullied and had return harrasing phone calls. Due to a family tragedy I just didn't have the strength to continue arguing. In the end we were over $700 out of pocket. Taking their extra fees, and charging more than the internet quote .. we would have been much better going to Budget or Avis. (Date of experience: Jan, 2009 )
