APT (Australian Pacific Touring)

Below is an email after a very diappointing tour with APT, we wouldn't use them again as they are uncontactable since we returned home.

To whom it may concern, my wife Gloria and I are on a tour of Vietnam
and Cambodia and am so disappointed that I have to interrupt my
holiday to write this email.
APT are renowned for a 5 star experience which we had on our trip to
Turkey and Europe, we have stayed in exceptional hotels and the guides
have been very good. As foodie type people and the previous
experience we have had we are a bit disappointed with the food that we
have had especially here in Saigon, at the Sheraton Towers Li Bai, I
don't know what APT have paid for this meal but I would expect good
money and what we received for our money was not good value, could
have been purchased in any Chinese restaurant in Melbourne for under
$20. When walking you into the restaurant they walk you passed all
the dim sum and fantastic desserts etc etc and then seat you and serve
you a cheap set menu. At the completion of the meal no offer of tea
or coffee or desserts extremely disappointing and we are extremely
disappointed and it is leaving a very bad taste in our mouth. One
would hope that APT are now not charging 5 star prices and serving 3
star food. We would hope that APT have not outgrown the ability to
provide unique, personal and 5 star service.
At this stage we would be reluctant to use or recommend APT in the future.
