I visited Opal Field in October of 2009. I purchased a very thin and light weight bird, 3 feet tall, aboriginal design. It was over $300. It had to be shipped back to the USA. Opal did not put it into a box and shipped it with only a few layers of bubble wrap around it. It arrived smashed up and in pieces. They will NOT refund our money, saying "it was professionally wrapped". If it was professionally wrapped it would have arrived in one piece. We have no replacement bird and no refund. Buyer beware! (It was insured and the US post office said they would not pay on the insurance claim as it was not properly wrapped. I informed Opal of this and their answer was that it was properly wrapped.)
