The stay there was terrible. There were 10 of us - had 2 rooms to stay in and all the others were locked. Bedding consisted of 2 doubles 1 bunk bed 1 futon and a lounge. At $50 per night per person it was not good enough. Only enough cutlery and drink wear for 5 people. Could not use the BBQ, too much rubbish on top and that rusty. Then the renovation which didn't stop when we arrived continued till at least 5 in the afternoon. All and all I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the group of 10, the families were aware of the renovations. Some went on the jetty and caught 4 fish, others went in the heated pool and spa. I showed the person the mattress protectors, linen etc for the futon. The other had a queen size bed and a double-decker singles. I did ask if there was anything else that was needed. I did offer to take out the large double door fridge and put a smaller one, but was told no, its fine. The renovations are to install another bathroom, moving the laundry outside. At 3.45pm the renovator told me the guest asked him to stop work he packed up and left at 4pm. The guests enjoyed the spa late into the night. I gave them the journal to write a comment, not a word of disappointment was mentioned. I am surprised the guests were not satisfied; however I will certainly take the feedback on board.
