Ultimate Apartments are in a perfect location, about 600 meters from the beach front so close enough but not too close to be annoyed by the throngs of tourists. The grounds were perfectly clean and manicured, surrounded by massive trees that were abuzz with birds, just lovely. The room itself was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could ask for with the exception of no hair dryer which did put me off a little but I coped just fine without it. The staff were courteous and efficient, no issue there. The whole place was perfect, with the exception of the bed, precisely the mattress. Not only was the mattress too saggy, but it was covered with a rubber strip about a meter wide directly across the middle of the mattress. When my partner and I woke in the morning we had both had a terrible sleep, the rubber sewn into the mattress had caused both of us to sweat profusely, not to mention that the rubber itself was very annoying beneath the sheet. We had decided that we would turn the mattress over for the next night only to discover that side too had rubber sewn into it... we despaired at having to spend another night sleeping on irritating sweaty rubber... please managers... for the sake of your business, get new mattresses sans rubber, otherwise you are perfect! :)) (Date of experience: Feb, 2010 )
