Park Regis Griffin Suites

We stayed here in July and it was the worst stay in a hotel we have ever had. If you want to freeze like ice and catch a flu then this is the place for you. We payed around $700 to stay here for 3 nights on a weekend in early july and it was just the worst ever hotel we have stayed in. The first night we froze, well the truth is we froze every night. the second night we complained and complained and then they gave us a heater that was as powerful as hairdryer. The staff all seemed to be new and couldnt help or know what to do, we complained to the managers and they just were no help at all. Melbourne was around 13 degrees that weekend and I swear it was warmer on the street then in our room.
