Rose Bay Resort

We came across Rose Bay Resort by accident after some accommodation further down the coast at Halliday Bay turned out to be extremely uninviting. The resort is beautifully kept with sparkling clean rooms,all modern conveniences, and what spectacular views (from bed, lounge and balcony!) - we stayed in a studio - perfect for 2, but had a look through a 1 bed unit before we left. The bay itself is small, secluded and quiet with white sand and even looks beautiful at low tide, unlike a lot of beaches in that area on the mainland. The resort is very close to an entrance to Bowen's best walk around headlands and beaches with spectacular lookouts.We wished we could have stayed a week or more. We are planning to stay again as soon as time allows.
