Slightly Disappointing

I expected this place to be at the budget end of the scale ... Bathrooms were quite clean, the rest of the room was a bit grubby in places (e.g. fridge, table, kitchen cupboard doors). A smokey smell permeated the upper corridor. Some of the furnishings (e.g. carpets) are badly in need of replacement. Sheets not changed during a two week stay. Well located and convenient to transport, but take some earplugs if you don't like traffic noise. (Date of experience: Mar, 2010 )

We apologise that your stay with us was not to your standard and wish you mentioned something during your 2-week stay to ensure it was more pleasant. I am very surprised your bed linen was not changed as they are always changed every 7 days for stays of 7 days or more. Parade Lodge is strictly a no-smoking building but on occasion guests have ignored this. We appreciate your feedback, and will follow up accordingly.
