Dear 'Cant believe it', The apartment in which you were allocated is a very sought after and requested apartment by repeat guests and is light, spacious and airy. As we offered you several alternative apartments which had been refurbished, had new carpet laid and a new painted interior. If you were unwilling to be offered an alternative apartment I believe our staff therefore did their best to accommodate your needs and did not offer poor customer service as you mentioned. Our cancellation policy at Headland Beach Resort is well advertised as one of the booking terms and conditions and states that no refund will be given for early departures.
