Dawson River Tourist Park

We found the cabin we stayed in to be well appointed and very comfortable. The grounds were delightful and the river it sits upon is very serene especially at the end. Great fishing ...Deep waters... The Cabins were very clean and well maintained. Looked like new and learnt they were 9 years old. Certainly still looked like new. Says it all. I have travelled a lot with my son for tennis tournaments and this park had the best BBQ facilities I have seen in a long time. Plates, cutlery things needed to clean up... at the BBQ site... instead of bringing things over from the cabin. Most places provide fridge, microwave etc but certainly not the clean cutlery and plates etc. Staff were friendly and even though near the airport not that noisy compared to other places I have stayed in.
