City Centre Budget Hotel

A friend and I came across the City Budget whilst looking for cheap accommodation for an overnight stay in Melbourne. This was perfect for what we needed as it was simply an overnight weekend stay while we checked out the shopping and a concert. Everything we needed was within walking distance, or just a quick ride on the tram which was virtually outside the door. The room was better than anticipated for the cost we paid, with VERY clean rooms and beautifully made beds. The only downside was the hot water in the showers being quite temperamental, however there was very little else to complain about and I will definitely be staying again on all my shopping trips to Melbourne!!!
