Pindari House Bed & Breakfast

Recently my wife and I stayed two nights at Pindari House. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the new saltwater pool provided a much needed respite from the Hunter Valley heat. The highlight of the stay was Monika, the proprietor and hostess of Pindari House. Having left a career of managing private jets for the rich and famous (Check out the photos on the wall!) she turned her refined hospitality skills to this lovely B&B. The package is complete, from made-to-order breakfast to port and chocolates at your bed stand at night. Monika also provides meals and is a very good cook. We enjoyed a simple pasta and salad. Monika will also provide recommendations on wineries to visit and the area's restaurants. She is very engaged in the local community and known to people throughout the area. If you want to be driven on your visit, this service is available. Pindari House is not licensed, but you can BYO from your tour of wineries or a nearby liquor store. Also holding forth over the premises is Honey, Monika's friendly Rhodesian Ridgeback. Honey is playful and obedient and adds a touch of home to your stay. We heartily recommend Pindari House. Enjoy!
