Cav's Steakhouse

I went to Cav's a couple of weeks ago. My group ordered 3 steaks, all of them 'Medium', one arrived very well done, one medium rare and only one medium as requested. As for "Export quality Rib", forget it, it was full of gristle, not fat, gristle. I cooked better quality steaks on my BBQ the day before so felt pretty ripped off. The service was poor at best, with inexperienced staff who clearly know nothing about food. The presentation of the food on the plate was poor also. If you're a foodie don't bother. If you want something only slightly better than Sizzler you'll be happy. Cav's is a dinosaur living on it's reputation from 20 years ago. (Date of experience: Jan, 2010 )
