Winning Holidays

I recently went with my family on an apparently luxurious holidays where we paid than $1800.00 for a 2 night stay with an additional cleaning fee.

We arrived to find the property in an appalling condition: cockaroches, bugs and spiders in almost every room, spider webs in most corners and around TV unit, The toilets were dirty and there was HAIR on the ground, the manchester was too disgusting to even sit on, no blinds on most bedroom windows, the apparently double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, The gas BBQ was so dirty and infested with cockaroches.
No chanels on the TV worked, there was basically nothing you could do in this house. No linen provided, no toilet paper or soap.
The list of disappointing finds in this expensive, supposedly luxurius property goes on and on and on.
To add insult to injury when we tried to contact Winning Holidays to let them know about our experience we got no response to our emails (even though they had just sent us an email to ask how things went).
This property which is managed by Winning holidays was in such a poor condition esp considering the price paid.

Winning holidays are obviously not very professional and hence the service provided - I would not recommend anyone rent accomodation from them as they are purely in it for the money and not to give clients a good experience.
while we were on holiday we actually met another couple who had also had a bad experience with winning holidays- unfortunately it was too late for us...
