I used this company once on business and have continued to do so after my first experience with them. These guys are the most professional and efficient car company I have ever used - a real breath of fresh air from the local operators. I now use them on a regular basis and yes there have been one or two occasions where a car has been delayed but the communication is first class - knowing that a car is delayed - even by 5 minutes!! - due to traffic or other delays before he actually turns up is great especially when being collected from the airport - they are ever so slightly more expensive than local operators but i have seen a saving due to no longer missing or having to re-schedule flights because a local taxi company lets me down!!!!!!!!! Surrey Chauffeur, keep up the good work!
