I travel a lot for business and I have found colonics beneficial to my highly stressful lifestyle and constant time zones hopping. Despite having my PA investigate the best clinics to go prior to booking an appointment, I have had my fair share of happy colonics as well as not so nice ones. My experience with Vel at Aqualibria stood head and shoulders above the rest: she is knowledgeable, she is caring, and she is fun at the same time, which all helped to me feeling relaxed and getting the best from the treatment. She used a warm tummy-pad to reduce the cramping which was a very nice touch and also provided me with some peppermint essential oils at some point. The clinic itself was very modern and very clean thanks to a cleaner who was constantly but discreetly sprinting around. I have had 3 treatments so far and the level of care has been very high throughout. I also had fun watching an educational DVD on my 3rd visit! I would definitely recommend to anyone considering this treatment to go and see Vel at Aqualibria - she will chat to you for an hour before letting you anywhere near the therapy room to make sure that there is nothing dodgy with your health, that made me feel very safe !
