I stayed at The Gables instead of a Travelodge and was so glad I did. The single room was small but nicely furnished and also very clean. There was an ensuite shower room (immaculate) as well as all the usual coffee etc. The breakfast was brilliant with choice of cereals and juice and then a full scottish breakfast. The guesthouse is very central to the city centre. All this cost just 25 as compared to 51 for The Travelodge with no breakfast! I would wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Perth.
