Holiday Inn Express Canterbury

My husband and I and a group of 10 other friends with two children under 4 stayed at the Express Holiday Inn. We drove from London to Cantebury and stayed there from 29 December for one night. The staff were friendly and very informative. The rooms were bright and modern and we could not believe the value for money that we had received. The rooms were heated when we entered and the bathroom fixtures were easy to use. When one of the couples were mistakenly placed in a twin room - this was quickly rectified and the transfer from one room to another was very smooth. There was hardly any staff though for the Breakfast time. But the variety of items available for breakfast certainly more than made up for it. This has definitely changed my perspective on Express Holiday Inn as I never used to consider staying at Holiday Inn before. This is the same feeling from the rest of the group that we were with. We will definitely first consider staying again at an Express Holiday Inn when going for short breaks.
