Rosedene Guest House

Very nice room, can see it has been done up, but to be honest, there are far cheaper places on the same street offering rooms from 35 a night and we paid nearly 70 a night for a double room. It is on a bit of a back street not far from the front only a couple of minutes walk to the town and sea front, but there are places on the promenade offering rooms with sea views for the same or less so while I'm not whinging, think I would not go back there unless it was much cheaper.
