Aberconwy Park & Country Club

The main problem is that customer services does not exsist. I had many problems with the cavavan I was staying in, alarm kept going off all the time keeping me up, shower did not work as not enough water pressure. The park staff mainly telling my kids off for using there bikes on the grass, then for riding the wrong way around the one way road system aswell as that thay where so untolerent of my lads, they were unhappy most of our two week stay. The only time I got good customer service was from some of the security staff, the young lad that was working nights was more than helpful - fixing my lads bike and was quick in responding to my alarm every time it went off within seconds the rest of the staff well !!!
