I made a booking with the manager back in sept 2008 for 7 nights 26 dec to 2 jan 200. Had several phone calls to her over the 3months to check accommodation & storms had not affected my booking. She said everything was alright. I arrived 3pm on 26 with my family to be told we didnt have any accommodation as 9 rooms had been damaged. Manager said she didnt have my phone no or email address, I gave her all my details when I made the booking plus I sent her a email to let her know what time we would be arriving. She could not have cared less her response, I dont care. I had trouble finding accommodation at that time of year after driving 10 hrs.
