Redan Apartments

We stayed as a group of 16 for a sporting event on the Queens Birthday long weekend, all other places were fully booked so we couldn't change.
To start with the pictures on the Net are "OLD" and do not represent the current state of the place, roaches were found every night on the kitchen counter and walls, the hot water did not work in the bathroom, the TV receptions was very bad, the wall socket was broken off the wall, The lamp wiring was frayed and all the cupboards were falling apart, the entry door was hard to open and close. for $120 a night there were no extra pillows or blankets and there was no aircon. The shower had mould all over it. We couldn't get the $12 breakfast they promote "it is unavailable", the manager did not come to see us or the room as promised. There are NO BBQ facilities and I would not leave my child with them as stated in the description as having babysitting/childcare (we did not see it). The place was disgusting and we will never stay there again regardless of price! (Date of experience: Jun, 2011 )
