Elegance Limousines

We had booked a Ford Excursion for our best friend's bucks party. Received a call from the owner of the company just 3 days before we were to be picked up to advise that he didn't have that car anymore. His only "solution" was to offer a hummer at double the price. When I suggested that he should be honouring the booking I had originally made, and finding whatever car he had to fulfil our booking he said "his hands were tied" and that he wouldn't even offer a discount on a the Hummer.
