Browns at Broadbeach

I was absolutely disgusted with the size of the dingy room we booked, and the customer service was absolutely terrible! Myself and a friend stayed for one evening and were blamed for other neighbours noises (the rooms are very very close together). We were then slugged with a $160 fee when we left and we still have no understanding as to why or how this can be done. Do yourselves a favour, and dont waste your time...
