Hamelin Bay Caravan Park is a great place for a holiday. Large choice of very nice cabins to rent. The caravan sites are lovely - sheltered from the wind in winter and lots of shade in summer. The facilities look as though they have recently been upgraded and are excellent. The owners have kept the old style, large shower heads so you can actually get your hair wet when you wash it and the Campers Kitchen is excellent, as are the BBQ's. Great walks, views, swimming and fishing, both north and south of the bay and only 20 mins by car to Margaret River or Augusta. The lady in the shop was friendly and helpful and, as we only stayed 3 days this time, we will definitely be going back there again soon.

Getting ThereFrom Margaret River travel south along the Bussell Highway. When you reach the town of Karridale, which is approximately 30kms from Margaret River, turn right into Bushy Road at the Karridale Roadhouse. Travel along Bushby Road until the end and turn left into Caves Road. Travel 6 kms along Caved Road without turning (it will become Hamelin Bay West Rd) and you will drive straight into the caravan park.
