Next Backpackers

This hostel is close to everything, a supermarket, butcher, bakery and newsagent are downstairs, as well as the Esplanade shops and beach across the road. It is mainly used by travellers staying for the night before going on Fraser Island tours. I stayed for 5 nights in a dorm there, it was a bit tiring. This is because the main area has 3 tv's all going on different channels. Also in the dorm it has six downlights, on one switch which is not conducive to sleep, when other people are coming in and out of the room. It is air conditioned, however I am fussy and prefer fresh air. It is excellent for a one or two night stay or longer if you do like air conditioning! Very clean and new.
