Common Leys Farm

We booked 2 nights at the farm as their website looked good. This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter, who has not been well, and her family. Despite what the website says, and despite phoning to make sure there would be something to eat for the children when we arrived, no food was available. The owner never appeared - they seem to leave the admin to teenagers. We ate out and returned at 7 to find the place empty apart from the guard dogs barking in the kitchen. Very scary - anyone could have walked in. We decided to leave the next morning, but in the event were shouted at by a lady and told we should go. I'll omit the worst details. We went. Maybe they were overbooked? We are all professional people who know how to behave and have never been treated like this before. These people shouldn't be in business.
