Jan took our booking and money for a 2 bedroom, poolside spa cabin.. but when we arrived she gave us a tiny studio, no bedrooms, no pool and not bath let alone a spa bath! No apology, no refund. Very rude. They told us the studio was fine and would fit my family in it. The have stolen off us. We had to travel 35 mins to the nearest town and get other accommadtion costing us even more money. They had a girl called Jen on reception who I think is retarded, very simple girl who couldn't answer any of my question about how this happened. Jan came out and put all the blame on me for her staff stuffing up our booking! Will never visit Wooli again and am in the process of taking legal action against these simple minded country folk who think its ok to steal off the city folk. (Date of experience: Dec, 2011 )
