Charged twice

We booked here for 1 night. The reception staff said I hadn't got a booking despite me having a print out of my reservation. I ended up being charged twice. When I have tried to complain to the hotel I have been ignored and when I finally did get a response was insulted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay in one of the other great hotels in London.
