Aviemore Ski & Snowboard Hire

This place really does not know haw to work or treat customers! When I arrived in Aviemore the first thing I did was hireing the ski equipments and lessons for the 2 next days. At 10 PM a woman calls me and say my equipment is not available for tmorrow. Well, she promised to have it on the next day, it was then, but the teacher didnt show up, and me and 9 year old daughter were on the top of the mountain when we heard that. We had to take the lift down, didnt have any fun at all, and not even got our money back or any apologies from the school. It was a nightmare!!! (Date of experience: Dec, 2009 )
