Thank you for your comments. Our website reflects the property as it truly appears. Whilst we fairly accept that there was some maintenance issues. We do not agree with most of the comments made by the tenant. The reason for this being our positive reviews over the last 7 years speak for themselves. On a minor example management offers BBQ gas to tenants as complimentary. It is often impossible to gauge the level at which a bottle of gas is left. Hence it has been common policy to replace the cost of a bottle of gas (or in some instances 2). The caretaker has been instructed accordingly as long as the tenant is able to produce a receipt for its purchase. As a result of this complaint management has now replaced the old cleaners with new ones. On the issue of rooms, privacy, curtains we wish to add that our website is equipped with photographs to show how the property is laid out. The property is laid out this way to cater for large groups. We have had instances where this property has not been suitable for a particular group (example 4 separate couple requiring 4 separate bedrooms). As a result of this, we have always strongly recommended our clients to inspect the property of their choice before confirming their booking. Unlike our other properties, this property is also highlighted on the grassy expanse of land (which is usually a welcomed paradise for younger children and a safe zone for parents to let their children play freely. On this issue of closet space. Management has taken the extra measure of providing additional linen (complimentary) and even additional sleeping (foldup beds) for tenants convenience with a care-taker so close at hand. If this was an issue a simple phone call would have resolved it. We make no qualms about our ablution facility. It is exactly the way we have advertised it. Management has however taken on board the comments made by the tenants and have currently embarked on their annual property maintenance. It is often sad that most of these issues could have been set right by a phone call. Yet people have often choose to make a complaint when they leave, having experienced an unpleasant stay. We aim to please all, but we are not always successful.
