I have stayed here before, the food, the host's Chris and Steve, everything about Seaview Villa is excellent, after anyone of the great meals, ideal location for walking it off, just next to the river that takes you up to Watersmeet. We are going back again in March with a group of friends that haven't been, not a cheap weekend but sheer quaility all round, I would give it 10 out of 10. JB

Getting ThereLynmouth is situated in Exmoor National Park on the A39 between Minehead and Barnstaple.From M5 exit Jct 23 (Bridgwater)and follow the A39 towards Minehead continue on to Porlock along the coast to Lynmouth, or from the M5 exit jct 27 (Tiverton) and follow the A361 to South Molton, right at the Little Chef roundabout on to the A399 to Blackmoor Gate and right again onto the A39 to Lynmouth.
