Premium Tours

We wish to express our dissatisfaction with the trip we booked to Paris with Premium Tours. As a product advertised as a luxury escorted Paris day trip we feel that what weve expected was not at all met and taking into consideration the cost involved in booking this trip we have not received much value from this booking. After considering various packages from various tour operators we decided to use your services which were most expensive due to the unique description of luxury trip and champagne lunch on the Eiffel tower with entrance to Le Louve & view of Notre Dame. I have lodged the history of the trip to Premium Tours on 24 May 2010 and to date still received no response back. I would not recommend Premium Tours to anyone for I find it as no value for money and furthermore not living up to their promises. It is a rushed unmanaged tour of central Paris and not luxury at all. (Date of experience: May, 2010 )
