I have stayed at the Emeraldene Inn & Eco Lodge many times now, and everytime is just as great as the first. This hotel is a couple of K's out of town, and is in a lovely setting, very quite and peaceful. All the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel itself has a pool, which in summer is very refreshing. They also offer a tropical breakfast if you wish to order one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great stay away whilst in Hervey Bay. (Date of experience: Jun, 2010 )

Getting ThereThe Emeraldene Inn and Eco-Lodge is the first accommodation reached as you enter Hervey Bay the way in from Maryborough. The airport is only a 10-15 minute drive, and the major shopping district a few minutes away. From Maryborough : Turn right off Maryborough Road into Urraween Road, the first major cross section near the Tourist Information Centre. The Emeraldene Inn is approx 500m on the right. From Town : Head west on Main Street, then right onto Urraween Road. The Emeraldene Inn is approx 700m on the left. From the Airport : The easiest option is to take the shuttle bus, which will drop you at our door. By road, turn left onto Boat Harbour Drive, then left onto Main Street, Then right onto Urraween Road.
