Stars Hair Sanctuary

I went for a root tint and cut & blow dry to this salon having never been before. I had to wait for my Stylist, to be available and saw the results of the last client and I thought 'Oh my God'!! I thought the style on an older women looked awful however she paid up with no fuss! The stylist spent a lot of time discussing my hair and I explained what I wanted. I also explained that I was attending a 'posh do' that evening and wanted something special. I had a root tint which was combed through about 10 mins before washing off time. He then cut my hair. However, my hair was blowed dried in about 4 mins. with no style. I complained and reluctantly he tried to restyle but without wetting the hair first. He said that he was being asked to blow dry the hair against the cut he gave me - I said it wasn't what I wanted. The colour was OK but the style was nothing and I was very disappointed. I thought I'll just leave and never return however when I went to pay I was shocked to discover I had to pay 93 for a look that I was disatisfied with. I did know the price of the tint and cut/blow dry beforehand but what I am complaining about is that I was charged for a full head tint although I explained that it was just roots with a comb through - a bored bloke on the till told me it was full head tint, I disagreed but in the end paid up. I also tipped because I feel its bad manners not to. The Stylist didn't seem to care that a potential client was disatisfied and all together I felt I would be better treated elsewhere. I go to the hairdresser every month but I won't be going back there!!!!
