The rooms are all above the cafe, situated right in the town centre. It is not like a normal B&B because it isn't somebody's house, you come and go as you please with your own key - through the cafe when it is open during the day, and through a special back door at night when the cafe is shut. It is more like having your own serviced apartment right in the town centre, with vouchers included to get your breakfast at one of the two best places for breakfast in the town - either in Heaphys cafe itself, or the great BlueNote with its lovely garden.
The rooms are always clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff are laid back and friendly, they are not intrusive but are on hand if you need them and there is a special out of hours number for when the cafe is shut.
We lost our key once and they came straight away when we rang them! I never stay anywhere else in Glastonbury now and I visit two or three times per year with family and friends.
