We recently stayed at Crown Plaza Hunter Valley with a group of 9 girls. Villas good and spacious - but lacked a few things eg tea towels - as if you don't wash up you are charged an extra $25.00. Restaurants - Red Salt not for the unadventurous eater and expensive, Star Anise good for Asian. Long wait for tables for breakfast although booked - but was long weekend. No spa times available for treatments - long weekend! Not enough staff to cope - but staff very amicable.
